THE BRIEF

Oraimo Nigeria engaged our agency to create an unforgettable offline fan experience. Our objective was to engage and reward loyal customers while unveiling the Oraimo Freepods Pro.

On March 6th, 2022, we executed the inaugural Oraimo Nigeria Offline Fan Carnival, aptly named ‘The Green Backyard Party.’ This event aimed to connect with Oraimo’s loyal customer base, showcase their innovative products, and significantly enhance the brand’s visibility.

To address this brief, we developed “The Green Backyard Party,” an immersive and vibrant fan carnival designed to create a unique and engaging brand experience.

Immersive Brand Integration: We strategically integrated the Oraimo brand throughout the event through

  • Custom-Designed Visuals: Utilizing vibrant media walls featuring interactive message props, and strategically placed die-cut light boxes to create a visually stunning and engaging environment.
  • Product Showcasing: Showcase the innovative features of the Oraimo Freepods Pro through interactive demonstrations and engaging product displays.

Dynamic Stage Presence: We curated a high-energy entertainment lineup featuring popular Nigerian artists Magixx and Fave, setting the stage for an electrifying atmosphere. The charismatic TobySHANG, as host, further amplified the excitement and ensured seamless audience engagement.

Exclusive VIP Treatment: We created exclusive VIP and VVIP sections, offering premium access and personalized experiences to valued customers, fostering a sense of exclusivity and appreciation.

IMPRESSIVE RESULT

Unforgettable Fan Experience: The “Green Backyard Party” successfully delivered an unforgettable experience for 710 attendees, creating lasting memories and fostering strong brand loyalty.

Amplified Brand Visibility: The event generated significant social media buzz, reaching over 36 million impressions and garnering over 450,000 engagements across various platforms.

Successful Product Launch: The event served as the ideal platform for the successful launch of the Oraimo Freepods Pro, generating significant interest and excitement among the target audience.
